To keep our team safe, we don't clean up biohazards (blood, bodily fluids, needles or pest droppings), mold or pest infestations, lift anything over 25 pounds, climb higher than a two-step stool, or clean outside windows.

- Background checks
- We would never send someone into your home that we wouldn't trust in our own. Every cleaner, including our contractors, passes a background check before their first visit: identity verification, national and county criminal record searches, a Massachusetts CORI check and the national sex offender registry. We repeat the checks every year.

- We bring all our own cleaning supplies and equipment, so you don't need to provide anything.
- If something is missed
- Tell us and we'll come back within 24 hours to put it right, at no charge.

- You don't need to be home. Most customers leave a key in a lockbox, share a door or garage code, or set a temporary code on a smart lock. Any key we hold is tagged with a code, never your address. Tell us about your alarm, and we'll lock up and set it again when we leave.

How is the price set?
